So what is the purpose of having a web site dedicated to discussing Issues? It is the hope that this site will provide an area to begin to define and redefine some of the day's current issues into relevant, usable terms.

Not that any issue can be truly irrelevant, but there are some that, when given a closer look, can be broken down into smaller more relevant issues that can then be acted upon to change our perceptions of the world and our role within it.

The Issue Within the Issue

Today we argue Health Care but what are we really arguing? Are we arguing who should pay? Who should be allowed to die? The 'bad' insurance' companies? Of course we're arguing all of those things but underneath those things lie a fundamental issue that all American crave. What does our current system create more than anything else? Fear and doubt and ultimately an instability that is felt throughout our nation. That instability may be the fundamental issue that needs solving with Health Care Reform just one way to do it.
